Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham is considered nothing short of immovable from Carlo Ancelotti’s XI at this moment in time.
That’s according to Blancos insider Guillermo Rai of The Athletic, who has on Wednesday provided an insight into the latest ongoings behind the scenes at Valdebebas.
Bellingham has for his part of course been the recipient of regular criticism from fans and the media alike across the campaign to date.
This comes with the Englishman struggling to replicate the remarkable numbers he managed to produce across a historic debut season in Madrid.
Bellingham, in his defence, has largely been utilised in a different position in 2024/25, asked to adapt to a more defensive role following the arrival of Kylian Mbappé.
And such efforts on the part of the 21-year-old have not gone at all unappreciated on the part of the Real coaching staff.
As per a report from The Athletic:
‘Bellingham is considered to be untouchable despite his ongoing shoulder problems.’
Not only that, but the Blancos faithful look set to have their prayers answered over the weeks ahead, with Ancelotti preparing to shift Bellingham back into a more attack-focused berth.
