Real Madrid squad hit by Covid-19

Real Madrid have confirmed that four more players have tested positive for Covid-19 on Thursday.

The latest results reveal that Marco Asensio, Gareth Bale, Rodrygo, Andriy Lunin and assistant manager Davide Ancelotti, have all tested positive for the disease.

Marcelo and Luka Modric tested positive yesterday. Madrid postponed today’s training session, scheduled for 11 am, to 4.30 pm in order to test the entire squad and determine how many new cases there were.

AS report that La Liga will not postpone the Real Madrid-Cádiz match on Sunday despite the Covid-19 outbreak in the Madrid camp.
