Vinicius Tobias has officially joined Real Madrid. The Brazilian right-back has joined Raúl’s Castilla side on loan from Shakhtar Donetsk.
On Monday, the 18-year-old put pen to paper on a deal until June 2023.
Madrid were able to sign outside the transfer window after FIFA granted clubs permission to sign players from Ukrainian clubs before April 1, due to the ongoing war in the country.
Vinicius joined Shakhtar a year ago for €4.5 million and has played for Brazil at U17 level.
Madrid have an option to buy the player after his loan deal expires for €18 million.
