A leading figure in the storied history of La Liga giants Real Madrid has this week been afforded an invitation to attend the presentation ceremony of the incoming Kylian Mbappé.
That’s according to Relevo, who have on Friday provided an insight into the situation.
Frontman Mbappé, for his part, is at long last set to be presented to the Real Madrid fanbase next week.
The date of July 16th has been pencilled in by the powers that be in Spain’s capital, who have made clear that they intend for the event to be nothing short of a ‘historic’ one.
A spectacular spectacle is in the works, which will feature fireworks displays and the use of the new 360-degree scoreboard inside a packed Santiago Bernabéu.
And likely to be in attendance, as alluded to above, will be nothing short of an iconic figure from Real Madrid’s past.
As per Relevo:
‘All kinds of personalities have been invited. One of them is Zinedine Zidane.’
It is not out of the question that Zidane could even go on to play some part in his compatriot’s unveiling.
