Updates on the futures of two headline members of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid have come to the fore late on Sunday.
The players in question? Vinícius Jr, and Rodrygo.
Brazilian pair Vinícius and Rodrygo have of course both seen speculation come to the fore surrounding their futures of late.
As much comes ahead of the impending arrival of Kylian Mbappé at the Santiago Bernabéu in the summer.
In the case of the former, it has been rumoured in the media that Paris Saint-Germain could seek ‘revenge’ on Real Madrid, by launching a €200 million assault on Vinícius’ signature.
When it comes to Rodrygo, meanwhile, his place in Carlo Ancelotti’s XI looks set to be thrown up in the air by way of Mbappé, culminating in suggestions that, for the right price, a sale could be sanctioned.
If the latest word doing the rounds this evening is anything to go by, however, then those of a Real Madrid persuasion need not fret.
This comes amid confirmation that neither Vinícius or Rodrygo will be going anywhere this summer.
As per a report from Marca, ‘Vini Jr. does not plan to listen to any offer and Real Madrid even less so’.
And for Rodrygo, who is ready to stick it out to fight for his place in the first-choice XI in Spain’s capital next season, ‘his future, too, lies with Real Madrid’.
