The brass at La Liga giants Real Madrid are giving consideration to going all out to bring in a headline big-money signing during the summer.
That’s according to Diario AS, who have early this week provided an insight into the latest developments behind the scenes in the Spanish capital.
Real Madrid have of course been active in the weeks leading up to the summer transfer window.
A deal for Bournemouth defender Dean Huijsen has already been announced, another for Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold will follow in short order, whilst talks over the signing of Álvaro Carreras from Benfica are ongoing.
As alluded to above, though, if the latest word stemming from the media is anything to go by, Los Blancos are far from done there…
As per a report from AS, Florentino Pérez and co. could yet spring a surprise on their competition in La Liga, by way of a surprise Galáctico addition over the months ahead.
The identity of any such player is yet to be revealed, but Real, it is claimed, are willing to break the €100 million mark to land their man…
