Real Madrid-bound Kylian Mbappé’s brother Ethan set to follow in departure from PSG

The brother of Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappé is set to follow suit in bringing a close to his time with the club this summer.

That’s according to French football insider Santi Aouna.

It is of course world football’s worst-kept secret that Kylian Mbappé’s legendary stint on the books of PSG is set to end next month, upon the conclusion of his contract.

The explosive frontman will in turn go on to make the move to Spain, to join Real Madrid.

And yet, as alluded to above, Kylian will not be the only Mbappé to call time on his chapter at the Parc des Princes with a view to next season.

As per Santi Aouna of FootMercato, brother Ethan, too, is on the verge of a PSG exit.

Ethan Mbappé linked up with the capital giants back in the summer of 2017, following his older sibling to the club.

And he has since developed into an impressive young midfielder, with plenty of room for growth.

As much, however, does not look set to come on the books of PSG.

This comes amid the revelation that Mbappé and his entourage are locked in talks over a move to another of French football’s top-flight clubs, in Lille.

A verbal agreement between the parties is understood to be in place, which would see the 17-year-old make the move to The Stade Pierre-Mauroy on a free transfer in the summer.

A medical has already been scheduled, with Mbappé and Lille joining forces for next season now looking a near certainty.
