Real Madrid-bound Kylian Mbappé names the one Italian club he would sign for

Soon-to-be Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé has on Tuesday revealed his affinity for one of Italian football’s most historic clubs.

Frontman Mbappé, of course, has seen his name take its place front and centre in the headlines across all of Europe for several months now.

As much comes with the Frenchman having decided to bring a close to the Paris Saint-Germain chapter of his career, to make the move to Spain, with Real Madrid.

At some point down the line, though, supporters of another of the continent’s biggest clubs could yet be afforded the chance to watch Mbappé line out in their side’s colours.

The outfit in question? AC Milan.

Mbappé, for his part, was in Italy, specifically Sardinia, on Tuesday, for the latest edition of the Globe Soccer Awards.

And, during an interview with Sky Italia, the 25-year-old provided an insight into his long-standing love for Milan, confirming that any potential future move to Italy would be to join the Rossoneri:

“If I ever play in Italy, it would be for Milan,” Mbappé began, as cited by Diario AS. “When I was a child, I was an AC Milan fan and always watched Serie A and all of Milan’s matches. My whole family are Milan fans.”
