Real Madrid boss Ancelotti speaks out on Jude Bellingham’s anger with Vinícius Jr.

Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has provided his take on the heated exchange between Jude Bellingham and Vinícius Jr, during the club’s meeting with Celta Vigo.

Real are of course fresh off kicking the club’s campaign back into gear courtesy of a 2-1 triumph at Balaídos on Saturday night.

After Kylian Mbappé opened the scoring in the clash courtesy of a brilliant long-range strike, it was Vinícius who later proved himself match-winner, by way of a defence-splitting run, and composed finish.

Prior to as much, with the scoreline still at 1-0, however, the latter of this pair was the target of major frustration on the part of a leading teammate.

After Vinícius failed to pick out Jude Bellingham in a goalscoring position late in the first-half, the Englishman made his anger clear, shouting in the direction of his teammate, before kicking at the turf.

Speaking to the media on the back of the full-time whistle, the subject of this exchange was, in turn, put to boss Carlo Ancelotti.

The Italian tactician, however, moved to play the topic down, in responding:

“Jude Bellingham was angry with Vinícius? I didn’t notice the gesture. But if he did it it means he has balls. I like it. “After the match I saw them talking and laughing. I don’t think they have any problems.”
