PSG send request to Kylian Mbappé over Real Madrid announcement

The powers that be at French giants Paris Saint-Germain have sent a plea to star man Kylian Mbappé, over his impending transfer to Real Madrid.

The name of frontman Mbappé has of course returned to the forefront of the headlines across Europe over the course of the last 24 hours.

This comes after confirmation was forthcoming by way of the reliable Le Parisien that the frontman has come to a definitive decision regarding his future.

Mbappé, it is understood, will link up with Real Madrid upon the expiration of his PSG contract in the summer.

And yet, an official announcement regarding as much looks unlikely to arrive any time soon.

This comes with the hierarchy at the Parc des Princes having this week sent a direct request to their talisman.

As per a report from Diario Sport, Mbappé had intended to announce his decision at the earliest opportunity, out of respect to the supporters of PSG and Real Madrid alike.

However, Nasser Al-Khelaifi and his team have asked the 25-year-old to delay as much, until the club’s Champions League campaign has come to an end.

The Ligue 1 champions are said to be hopeful of a deep run in Europe’s elite club competition, meaning Mbappé’s announcement may not be forthcoming for some time yet.
