Real Madrid are set to play Barcelona in the Supercopa de España (Spanish Super Cup) final in Saudi Arabia later today.
Los Blancos reached the final by beating Valencia on penalties in the semi-finals earlier this week.
This will be the second El Clásico of the season, with the first one coming in October 2022 at the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu, which Real Madrid won 3-1.
Carlo Ancelotti will probably make a couple of changes to the side that played the first game of the competition. Dani Carvajal and Ferland Mendy are expected to start as right-back and left-back respectively, while Luka Modrić will most likely get the nod ahead of Eduardo Camavinga in midfield.
Predicted Real Madrid lineup against Barcelona
AS predict that Ancelotti will field the following starting XI against Barcelona: Thibaut Courtois – Dani Carvajal, Éder Militão, Antonio Rüdiger, Ferland Mendy – Federico Valverde, Toni Kroos, Luka Modrić – Rodrygo, Karim Benzema, Vinícius Júnior.
The match is set to kick off at 8 pm CET.
