Real Madrid are set to play Al Ahly in the semi-finals of the Fifa Club World Cup this evening.
The winner of the fixture will play Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal in the final, who defeated Flamengo 3-2 last night.
Carlo Ancelotti is expected to make a couple of changes to the side that lost 1-0 to Mallorca over the weekend. Dani Ceballos will most likely make way for Luka Modrić, while Federico Valverde will probably be moved into the forwards’ line to make room for Toni Kroos in midfield.
Thus, Marco Asensio is very unlikely to start this evening.
Predicted Real Madrid XI vs Al Ahly
AS predict that Ancelotti will field the following starting XI vs Al Ahly: Andriy Lunin – Dani Carvajal, Nacho Fernández, Antonio Rüdiger, Eduardo Camavinga – Luka Modrić, Aurélien Tchouaméni, Toni Kroos – Federico Valverde, Rodrygo, Vinícius Júnior.
The match is set to kick off at 8 pm CET.
