Predicted Poland XI vs Mexico

Poland face Mexico in the first round of the World Cup group stages.

This will be Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski’s last realistic chance to have a successful World Cup campaign with the Polish national team.

Poland arrived to the 2018 World Cup with high hopes, however, they failed to progress from their group after finishing bottom behind Colombia, Japan and Senegal.

Poland are in a group with Argentina, Mexico and Saudi Arabia and they need to get a point at least today to stand a realistic chance of progressing to the knock-out stage.

Just like Poland, Mexico too only have one La Liga representative in their squad in the form of Andrés Guardado from Real Betis.

Predicted Poland lineup against Mexico

AS predict that Czesław Michniewicz will field the following starting XI against Mexico: Wojciech Szczęsny – Matty Cash, Jan Bednarek, Jakub Kiwior, Kamil Glik, Nicola Zalewski – Piotr Zieliński, Grzegorz Krychowiak, Sebastian Szymański, Krystian Bielik – Robert Lewandowski.

The match is set to kick off at 5pm CET.
