Real Sociedad travel to Manchester to take on Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United in their Europa League Group E fixture on Thursday.
La Real will be without defender Robin Le Normand, who picked up an injury in the La Liga match against Atlético Madrid. The French centre-back suffered a bone stress injury in his left foot. The San Sebastian outfit are confident he will return to action in under a month’s time.
The txuri-urdin will face United for the fifth time in the last decade, but the Basque side have not scored a goal against the Premier League giants in their recent fixtures. Tonight at Old Trafford they begin their third adventure in a row in Europe.
