A fresh insight into the ongoing woes being endured by Real Madrid youngster Arda Güler has today been provided.
And the news will no doubt mark a source of concern for the fans worldwide desperate to see Güler succeed in the famed colours of Real.
As per a report from Diario AS, the Turkish starlet, at present, is ‘upset’.
As much comes with Güler struggling to come to terms with the lack of game time being afforded to him by boss Carlo Ancelotti across the season to date.
Though he spent the majority of the opening half of the term sidelined through injury, the 19-year-old has been fit and available for selection for the best part of two months now.
And yet, over the course of this time, he has been rewarded with a grand total of just 92 minutes on the pitch.
Tensions resurfaced this past weekend when, after being informed that he was set to be introduced to the fray in Real’s La Liga meeting with Sevilla, Güler was then left on the bench through the full-time whistle.
This came after Luka Modrić netted what ultimately proved to be the game’s winner, culminating in Carlo Ancelotti altering his tactical stance.
AS point towards Güler as having struggled to come to terms with as much, ‘angry, thinking about himself, instead of enjoying the team’s agonizing victory with everyone’.
This was an attitude not at all appreciated by his employers, who themselves are becoming increasingly frustrated by a number of factors surrounding the summer arrival in Madrid.
The Real coaching staff are not appreciative of the outside pressure being put on them by Güler’s entourage, and have been left bemused by the complete refusal of the player to take into consideration a loan move away from the club.
