Photos of a banner set to be made use of by a group of Manchester City supporters in the club’s meeting with Real Madrid this evening have come to the fore online.
This comes amid a fresh attempt on the part of the Sky Blues faithful to get under the skin of Blancos wide-man Vinícius Jr.
Vinícius was of course targeted with a huge banner during the Champions League playoff first leg meeting between Real and Man City at The Etihad last week.
As much showcased Rodri lifting the Ballon d’Or, accompanied by the caption ‘stop crying your heart out’.
Vinícius, for his part, seemed largely unaffected by as much, on his way to Man of the Match honours in a 3-2 triumph for the Spanish champions in England.
But this has not stopped one section of Manchester City fans from conjuring up a similar message this time round.
