The first images of the special edition jersey set to be donned by Barcelona’s stars in the upcoming edition of El Clásico have come to the fore online.
For those not aware, Xavi’s troops are primed to take to the pitch in a little over a week’s time rocking a new look.
As much comes as part of a collaboration with Colombian singer Karol G.
In a fresh effort to increase both exposure and revenue, the powers that be in Catalunya’s capital, alongside kit manufacturer Nike, have long agreed to include a specialised logo on their jersey.
This will come in the form of Karol G’s name, surrounded by a heart image, where Barca’s jersey sponsor Spotify usually takes its place.
As alluded to above, the kit will be made use of on Sunday, April 21st, when Xavi and co. make the trip to the Santiago Bernabéu, for a La Liga showdown with arch rivals Real Madrid.
