Pau Torres to travel from Tokyo to Belfast for Super Cup final

Pau Torres will travel from Tokyo to Belfast to play in the Super Cup final for Villarreal against Chelsea on Wednesday, according to Onda Cero.

He will play his third final of the season and after the match will have a two-week holiday after a very long season between club and country. The defender won the Europa League with Villarreal and will more than likely be involved for Spain in their Olympic final against Brazil this weekend.

Torres will miss the first few league games of the new season for Villarreal as he will head off on a well-deserved break. The Yellow Submarine will face Chelsea at the National Football Stadium at Windsor Park in Belfast on 11 August.
