Ousmane Dembélé draws fresh anger from Barcelona fans as new CL footage surfaces

A fresh round of footage stemming from the recent Champions League showdown between Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain has piqued widespread attentions across the fanbase of the former.

As much comes owing to the actions of Ousmane Dembélé.

Wide-man Dembélé, of course, established himself as public enemy no.1 over the course of the two recent meetings between PSG and Barcelona.

This came with the Frenchman, less than a year on from departing the latter for his home country, having showcased no hesitation in celebrating passionately after netting in both Paris, and Catalunya’s capital.

Not only that, but his beaming smile after taking his place on the bench at Montjuïc only served in further riling up an already livid Blaugrana fanbase.

Safe to say, then, that a fresh round of footage stemming from PSG’s 4-1 2nd-leg triumph is only likely to force Dembélé ever further into the bad books of his ex-employers.

As revealed by RMC Sport, and cited by Diario AS, upon seeing Xavi – the manager who stood by his side through thick and thin in Barcelona – being shown a red card in the clash, the 26-year-old was quick to reveal his delight, showing no hesitation in blatantly applauding the referee’s decision.
