Real Sociedad have announced the signing of Manchester City midfielder David Silva on a free transfer until 2022.
The 34-year-old leaves the Etihad after 10 seasons with the Manchester club. Silva was linked with a move to Lazio but a late move from La Real led to him deciding to join the Basque club for the 2020/21 season. He’ll wear the no 21 shirt, previously worn by Real Madrid loanee Martin Odegaard.
