Official | Levante sign Dani Gómez from Real Madrid on five-year deal

Levante have announced the signing of Dani Gómez on a five-year deal from Real Madrid.

The Spanish striker, who has represented Spain at underage level, spent last season on loan at Segunda Division side Tenerife, where he scored 11 goals in all competitions.

Madrid have sold Gómez for a reported €2.5m, which is 50% of the player’s worth, but a similar operation to the sale of Javi Sánchez to Real Valladolid, where they keep 50% of the player’s rights and have first refusal rights on any offers Levante may receive in the future.

The 22-year-old joined Real Madrid’s youth setup in 2011.
