Spanish striker Fernando Llorente has joined Segunda side Eibar until the end of the season, the club confirmed on Wednesday.

Llorente, now 36, has signed for the Basque side as a free agent having left Serie A club Udinese over the summer.

Eibar will be hoping the veteran striker can help them in their push to return to Spain’s top flight.

During spells at both Athletic Club and Sevilla, the veteran forward has notched 88 goals in 285 La Liga appearances.
