Barcelona have confirmed they have an agreement in principle with Leeds United for Raphinha.
“Barcelona and Leeds United Football Club have reached an agreement in principle for the transfer of Raphael Dias Belloli, Raphinha, pending the player passing his medical,” the club said in a statement.
In his first season at Leeds, he made 30 appearances, scoring six goals and providing nine assists. The following season, in a struggling Leeds team, he managed to score 11 goals and provide three assists to help the club avoid relegation to the Championship.
The 25-year-old, who will join Barca on a five-year deal, is set to travel to Barcelona on Wednesday to complete his move from the Premier League club.
