Spain will host Switzerland in Zaragoza tomorrow evening with kick-off scheduled at 8.45pm local time.
In a press-conference prior to Switzerland’s final training session at the Estadio La Romareda – which appeared on AS – Murat Yakin praised the work of Luis Enrique:
“I really appreciate Luis Enrique’s work with the Spanish national team, his commitment to use young players and the game they play, it’s very attractive. He has put together a brilliant team from a technical point of view.”
Spain beat Switzerland 1-0 in the reverse fixture in June, but Yakin believes that Switzerland are in a better shape now than they were in the summer:
“The previous game was not our best moment and we were missing some important players. Three months have passed since then and now everything is different. I have everyone available and fit, and it depends on ourselves whether we stay in Group A of the Nations League or not.”
