A whole host of the leading clubs across the European football landscape are expressing a keen interest in the signature of La Liga champions Barcelona’s latest breakthrough sensation.
The Blaugrana talent in question? Ebrima Tunkara.
Tunkara, for those not familiar with his name, is a 16-year-old attacker capable of lining out in a number of positions in the final third, both out wide and through the middle.
The Gambia-born starlet has long been considered one of the standout talents in all of Spanish football, widely viewed as a future star in the making. Last season, Tunkara became the third youngest player to ever feature for Barcelona at reserve level, after Lionel Messi and Guille Fernández.
And as alluded to above, such exploits have evidently not gone unnoticed across the continent… As per a report from Mundo Deportivo:
‘Most of Europe’s top clubs have already expressed interest in him and are trying to convince him and his family to switch clubs.’
It is also noted, though, that Barca need not fret, with Tunkara’s sole desire to succeed in the famed red and blue of the Blaugrana over the years ahead.
