Speaking to Eleven Sports, Sevilla sporting director Monchi confirmed he is not interested in signing Polish full-back Michał Karbownik.
The 19-year-old has been linked with a move to both Sevilla and Real Betis, however the former AS Roma sporting director denied the claims.
“He is as close to Seville, as Seville is to Warsaw. He is a kid who is obviously standing out, he is having a good season. We have watched him play, but he is not in our plans. In the youth team, there are a couple of players who can play that position really well.“
