Real Madrid star Lucas Vázquez has on Sunday moved to lavish praise on teammate Jude Bellingham.
This comes owing to the Englishman’s standout performance in the club’s meeting with Girona.
Real Madrid were of course back in action last night, making the trip to Catalunya for a La Liga meeting with the aforementioned Girona.
When all was said and done, Los Blancos emerged dominant victors, by three goals to nil.
Jude Bellingham for his part featured from the off in the clash, shining on his way to eventual Man of the Match honours at the Estadi Montilivi.
Goal and assist aside, the 21-year-old was absolutely everywhere for Carlo Ancelotti’s side, amid what has been a timely return to his brilliant best on Bellingham’s part over recent weeks.
And one individual on whom as much was not at all lost was the aforementioned Lucas Vázquez.
Speaking to the media in the aftermath of his side’s return to winning ways, defender Vázquez was drawn on his young teammate’s latest showing.
And the Spanish international made use of the opportunity to heap praise on Bellingham:
“Jude? We are very happy because he scores, assists, defends… He does everything!”
