Leeds United are in negotiations with Valencia for striker Rodrigo Moreno, according to Valencia-based journalist Héctor Gómez.
Jorge Mendes is the agent involved in the deal linking the 29-year-old with a move to Elland Road. AS report that Leeds owner Andrea Radrizzani and sporting director Victor Orta are in Valencia to discuss a deal for the Spain international with club president Anil Murthy.
The fee being discussed is believed to be in the region of €35m plus add-ons. Valencia are keen to complete the deal in order to generate some much-needed revenue to rebuild a shrinking squad. Moreno didn’t play in Saturday’s friendly against Castellón as talks continued with the Premier League club
