Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has accused his counterparts at Real Madrid of not being aware of the talents boasted in his right foot.
This, of course, comes after the 17-year-old made use of his unfavoured leg to find the net in last night’s meeting between the two sides.
En route to Barcelona’s 4-0 drubbing of arch rivals Real, Lamine notched the Blaugrana’s 3rd of the clash.
This came after the Spanish international was slipped in at a narrow angle, on the right side of Real’s penalty area.
Expected to cut back onto his trusty left foot, Lamine sprung a surprise, in rattling a lofted near-post finish beyond Andriy Lunin with his right.
Speaking to the media on the back of the full-time whistle at the Santiago Bernabéu, the young winger, in turn, made use of the opportunity to aim something of a dig at Carlo Ancelotti’s Real:
“Real Madrid’s players didn’t know that I have a right foot too! I had to use it when needed. We knocked them out.”
