Updates on the wellbeing of three members of the first-team ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona have this evening come to the fore online.
And the news will no doubt be met with widespread excitement on the part of the Barcelona faithful.
This comes amid confirmation that all of Lamine Yamal, Robert Lewandowski and Wojciech Szczęsny are set to be given the medical green light to face Sevilla this weekend.
In the case of attackers Lamine and Lewandowski, both suffered fitness setbacks whilst on international duty over the last week.
As confirmed by the reliable RAC1, though, the pair are ‘recovering well and will be able to play’ on Sunday, when Hansi Flick’s troops mark their post-international break return to action.
And also expected to be passed fit to take to the pitch against Sevilla is goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny.
Signed earlier this month as a free agent, the Pole has since been working on his fitness at The Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.
And, as per RAC1:
‘Szczesny is physically 100% to debut against Sevilla and aims to start: Flick will have the last word.’
