An update on the injury situation in the first-team setup at La Liga giants Barcelona has on Sunday come to the fore online.
The info comes courtesy of Barca insider Javier Miguel of Diario AS, and points towards Hansi Flick and his coaching staff as preparing to welcome a number of important players back for the club’s next outing.
The Blaugrana are primed to mark their return to action post-international break in a La Liga meeting with Celta Vigo at Balaídos.
In the weeks leading up to the clash, Flick and co. have been forced to sweat over the wellbeing of a number of important players, from Lamine Yamal to Ferran Torres and more.
And, as alluded to above, on Sunday, an insight into the respective comebacks efforts of all has been provided.
As per AS:
- Robert Lewandowski, Eric García and Héctor Fort will be ready to start vs Celta
- Lamine Yamal will be given the green light to take his place on the bench.
- Ferran Torres is expected to return against either Brest or Las Palmas
- Ronald Araújo and Ansu Fati will be back on the pitch at some point in December
