Three rival La Liga clubs have set their sights on the signature of Villarreal starlet Etta Eyong.
That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, citing Le Bled Parle, who have this week provided an insight into the mounting interest in the attacker’s services.
Eyong, for his part, is a 21-year-old forward, who is currently plying his trade with Villarreal B in the Primera RFEF.
After shining on the books of Cádiz’s reserve outfit last season, the Cameroonian has continued his impressive exploits in the colours of the Yellow Submarine, en route to nine goals and three assists to date.
And such exploits, evidently, have not gone unnoticed across the Spanish football landscape.
As per MD, with Eyong’s path to first-team minutes with Villarreal blocked at this moment in time, the trio of Real Betis, Getafe and Real Valladolid have begun sniffing around his signature.
In fact, all three clubs have gone as far as to make first contact with the youngster’s entourage, regarding a potential January loan move away from Castellón.
