Kylian Mbappé could reveal final decision on future in June

According to Le Parisien via AS, Kylian Mbappé could reveal where he will play next season in the second half of June after meeting up with the France national team.

His contract at PSG expires in just under two months and the Frenchman has yet to give a clue as to where his future lies.

Those closest to the player assure L’Équipe that he is closer to joining Real Madrid than staying with PSG.

Le Parisien report that the PSG forward has no intention of making his decision known at the UNFP gala, the award ceremony for the best players in Ligue 1, which will be held on 15 May.

A definitive announcement on his future is not currently on the cards just a week before PSG’s final game of the season against Metz at the Parc des Princes. While it has not been ruled out that he will speak after that game, the reality is that Mbappé prefers to wait until June to make his final decision.

Mbappé’s announcement could therefore come in the second half of June when France’s training camp for the 2022 Nations League concludes.
