Key Barcelona star set to miss next UCL fixture

La Liga giants Barcelona will be forced to make do without the contributions of attacking standout Lamine Yamal in their next outing.

This comes owing to developments in the club’s meeting with Eintracht Frankfurt.

Barcelona are of course currently locked in action on the continent, in a Champions League clash with German outfit Eintracht.

Wide-man Lamine, as expected, was afforded a starting berth for the matchup, from his customary berth on the right wing.

And the Spanish international has since played a central role in Barca turning things around, laying on an assist for the Blaugrana to complete a comeback from a goal down.

As alluded to above, though, it has not been all positive for Lamine at the Spotify Camp Nou on Wednesday.

The 18-year-old was shown a yellow card during the 2nd-half of proceedings.

His 3rd of the Champions League campaign, Lamine is therefore facing up to a one-game suspension, set to be served against Slavia Prague next time out.
