Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga is getting closer to completing a move to Napoli, according to reports in Italy and AS.
The Basque goalkeeper, 27, is on the verge of moving to the Serie A club. He has not been Tuchel’s first choice at Chelsea for some time and he has decided to seek his future away from London.
According to AS, his agents have been talking to Napoli’s top brass on a daily basis for the past week and this Tuesday will be a key day in deciding his future.
All parties are in agreement on the signing and are trying to resolve the final details of the deal to bring the goalkeeper to Naples on loan.
Both clubs are now discussing the terms of his salary. Napoli would be willing to pay around two million euros of the salary, which amounts to eight million euros.
The two clubs have an excellent relationship after several deals between them in the past, including Jorginho, Koulibaly and Bakayoko, and it is expected that they will quickly reach an agreement.
