Marca report that Karim Benzema will miss Real Madrid’s trip to Getafe this weekend.
The Frenchman has not trained with his team-mates on the eve of the match against Getafe in order to be at 100% for next week’s double-header against Shakhtar Donetsk and Barcelona.
Madrid have confirmed that their talisman is not injured and is on a personalised plan involving some rest.
Benzema played all 90 minutes against Shakhtar in the Champions League on Wednesday after coming back from injury last Sunday against Osasuna.
He had scored four goals before picking up an injury in the first Champions League game against Celtic in Glasgow.
