In an interview with Movistar+ after Real Madrid’s dramatic 3-1 comeback win over PSG, hat-trick hero Karim Benzema discussed the victory.
“It was a really tough game but we deserve to go through to the last 8.
“We lost the first leg but with these fans here tonight, we’ve been able to give everything until the end to win.
“We know they [PSG] like to have the ball. We had chances and we scored on the counter. I think our mental strength came to the fore in the end. With that sort of pressure we put on teams, we can beat anyone.”
