Barcelona have had an agreement in place with Juventus on a swap deal involving Arthur and Miralem Pjanic for two months, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Sky Sports report that Juventus have agreed on an €80m fee with Barcelona for the Brazilian midfielder, who has yet to accept the offer to join the Serie A club. They have offered the 23-year-old a higher salary than his current deal at Barca, believed to be €5m per year.
Arthur’s preference is to stay at Camp Nou and fight for his place. It has been reported that the two clubs want to finalise the deal before June 30, however, Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici has denied this.
