Jõao Félix responds to Vitor Roque’s first Barcelona goal

Barcelona star Jõao Félix has taken to social media this evening, to respond to the match-winning efforts of new teammate Vitor Roque.

The name of frontman Roque, of course, has taken its place centre stage in the Spanish media headlines late on Wednesday.

This comes after the January arrival in Catalunya broke his duck in the colours of his new club.

After being introduced off the bench during the 2nd-half of Barca’s La Liga meeting with Osasuna, Roque took less than a minute to make his mark, breaking free at the front post to nod home a fine header.

And this proved the decisive moment, in guiding the Blaugrana to a return to winning ways.

Roque, in turn, has since been lavished in deserved praise, by the likes of boss Xavi, teammate Pedri, and the Barcelona faithful.

And, as alluded to above, a short time ago, such individuals were joined in their love-in by another member of the attacking ranks in Catalunya’s capital.

Taking to his official Instagram account, Jõao Félix, sidelined at present owing to injury, reposted a photo of Roque celebrating his first Barca goal.

And the Portuguese accompanied his post with a trio of tiger emojis, in reference to his young teammate’s nickname ‘Tigrinho’ (little tiger).
