Sevilla have issued a medical report stating that club captain Jesús Navas will be out for eight weeks with a thigh injury.
Without Navas, head coach Julen Lopetegui is left with Gonzalo Montiel as the only other out and out right-back in the squad. The Basque coach has, however, already used Jules Koundé in the same position on a few occasions.
Navas picked up the injury in Tuesday’s home defeat to Lille.
