How much do Real Madrid owe Borussia Dortmund for Bellingham winning UCL?

La Liga giants Real Madrid’s latest Champions League triumph has triggered a considerable add-on in the deal which brought Jude Bellingham to the club.

Real, of course, are fresh off sealing glory on the continent once more this past weekend.

After making the trip to Wembley Stadium, goals on the part of Dani Carvajal and Vinícius Jr. proved enough to guide Los Blancos to a 2-0 victory over Borussia Dortmund.

The aforementioned Bellingham, meanwhile, featured from the off, laying on the assist for his side’s result-clinching 2nd inside the closing ten minutes, too.

And, owing to as much, Real Madrid will now be forced to fork over a fresh sum, to none other than their Champions League final opponents.

As was revealed last month, a Champions League clause was included in the deal which took Jude Bellingham from Dortmund to Spain’s capital last summer.

The clause in question outlined that, in the case of the 20-year-old lifting club football’s most sought after trophy, the Santiago Bernabéu brass would pay out an additional sum of just shy of €5 million to their counterparts at Dortmund.

A sum which, considering the circumstances, Real Madrid are no doubt more than happy to pay…
