Spanish defender Iván Fresneda available for lower fee following Valladolid’s relegation

Iván Fresneda is a highly-sought after player on the market for many of Europe’s top clubs this summer, and following the relegation of Real Valladolid, he becomes even more appealing.

This is because, as reported by Relevo, his price is now only €20m. He would have been €40m, but due to Valladolid getting relegated, his price has now halved.

The 18-year-old right-back is being pursued by Arsenal, Newcastle and Borussia Dortmund, and with the timely slashing of his price, they will all be on high alert. Fresneda has been one of Valladolid’s top performers this season, and has attracted a lot of attention.

The Spaniard can also play left-back as well as his traditional position on the right. This has been his breakthrough season and he has started 18 league games, whilst appearing four times from the bench. His versatility, maturity and price will make him a top acquisition for any club this summer.
