Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick has confirmed that Frenkie de Jong could be in line for his first 90 minutes of the campaign to date on Sunday.
Barca are of course primed to return to action tomorrow night, in a La Liga meeting with Real Sociedad.
The Blaugrana will head into proceedings brimming with confidence, with sights on an eighth successive victories across all competitions.
And, as alluded to above, in efforts towards as much, one player who could be in line to play a leading role comes in the form of Frenkie de Jong.
Midfielder De Jong was afforded his first start of the season against Red Star Belgrade in midweek, after a lengthy spell on the sidelines with an ankle injury.
Speaking in his latest pre-match press conference on Saturday, it therefore came as little surprise when the subject of his plans for De Jong at Anoeta was put to the aforementioned Hansi Flick.
And, in his response, Flick hinted at a prominent role awaiting his engine room star:
“Frenkie? We will try, maybe he can play 90 minutes tomorrow.”
