Villarreal striker Gerard Moreno spoke to Movistar after his side beat Manchester United 11-10 to win the Europa League on penalties.
“It’s a dream come true. The whole town deserves this, the president too, who sadly couldn’t be here tonight.
“It’s a historic night. We’ve done something truly incredible.”
Moreno scored in the 29th minute to put Villarreal ahead before Edinson Cavani equalised in the second half for United, but the Spanish side kept their nerve to win on penalties.
