Real Madrid have issued a statement announcing the absence of Gareth Bale for the club’s trip to take on Osasuna on Wednesday night.
The club’s statement doesn’t give a reason for Bale’s absence from Carlo Ancelotti’s squad, however, according to Marca, it could be due to a muscular issue in his left leg.
Bale’s spell with Los Blancos will come to an end this summer when his contract expires.
