Speaking to Movistar+ after Barcelona’s 3-1 win over Valencia at Camp Nou, Frenkie de Jong admitted that it is important for the club to have Ansu Fati back in action after a long layoff.
“It was important to win the game. It’s an important week for us but it was a pity when they scored so early. We reacted well to going a goal down and played with intensity after that.”
“Ansu [Fati] is really important for us and he also has goals in him. We’re lucky that he is back and among the goals.”
“[Sergiño] Dest is quick and that’s why he is playing on the wing for us. We now have to prepare for [Dynamo] Kyiv and then the Clásico.”
