Fabián Ruiz will not sign a new deal with Napoli, according to Matteo Moretto.
The Spanish midfielder’s contract expires at the Serie A club in June 2023.
He will leave the club this summer or he will be able to negotiate with other clubs from next January to leave on a free.
Juventus and Atlético Madrid have both been linked with a move for the former Real Betis player. There is also reported interest from the Premier League.
Currently valued at €55 million by Transfermarkt, the 26-year-old has been capped 15 times by Spain at senior level.
Moretto previously reported that Napoli will be asking for €30 million for Ruiz.
In the 2021/22 Serie A campaign, he scored seven times and assisted another four in 32 league appearances.
He has often been linked with a move back to Spain since moving to Italy in 2018. Before his spell with Betis, he played with Elche.
