A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga outfit Elche could well be forced to sit out the remainder of the campaign through injury.
The player in question? Yago de Santiago.
Yago for his part spent the opening months of the campaign recovering from a long-term knee issue, which forced the 23-year-old under the knife.
He had since managed 10 La Liga appearances, including several starts, but looks increasingly unlikely to take to the pitch again before the term is out.
Speaking during an appearance in front of the media on Thursday, Elche boss Eder Sarabia admitted that Yago is still suffering with discomfort in his knee.
The plan is therefore to afford the winger a fresh spell of time off, in the hopes of a full recovery.
This will most likely entail Yago sitting out the final five rounds of the La Liga campaign, with a view to entering pre-season fully fit and firing.
