Carlo Ancelotti names Real Madrid’s ‘only two doubts’ vs Atalanta

Real Madrid head coach has confirmed that two members of his squad remain doubts to feature from the off in the club’s next outing.

Real are of course primed to return to action on Tuesday night.

Fresh off a dominant 3-0 downing of Girona in La Liga, Los Blancos will turn attentions back towards matters on the continent, in a Champions League meeting with Atalanta.

The Spanish champions’ travelling squad for the matchup was announced on Sunday, featuring two headline inclusions.

The pair in question? Vinícius Jr. and Rodrygo.

Fresh off respective spells on the sidelines through injury, Brazilian internationals Vinícius and Rodrygo were given the medical green light for competitive action in Bergamo.

Speaking to the media in his pre-match press conference this evening, however, Carlo Ancelotti admitted that the attackers’ respective statuses for tomorrow’s clash in fact remain up in the air:

“The only doubts are Vinícius and Rodrygo. We will see how they are in training.”
