Carlo Ancelotti confirms Real Madrid’s plans for Endrick

Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has, on Saturday, confirmed the club’s plans for the incoming Endrick.

The name of Brazilian sensation Endrick has of course returned to the forefront of the headlines in Spain’s capital over the course of the last 48 hours.

As much comes after word was forthcoming that Brazilian giants Palmeiras, with whom the striker is currently on loan from Real, had forwarded a request to their counterparts in the boardroom at the Santiago Bernabéu.

The communication in question centered on the possibility of pushing Endrick’s long-awaited move to Spain back until the end of the year.

As per the current terms of the agreement between the clubs, the youngster is primed to link up with his new teammates in July, upon turning 18.

Still a pivotal figure in Palmeiras’ ranks, though, the São Paulo-based club are understandably keen to push Endrick’s departure out for as long as possible.

Speaking to the media this afternoon, the subject of the Brazilian’s arrival in his squad potentially being delayed was in turn put to Carlo Ancelotti.

Real’s boss, though, was unwavering in his response, adamant that:

“Endrick will be with the 1st team next season, obviously.”
